  • Where this website differs from the Higher Education Act B.E. 2562 (2019), ministerial regulations or notifications of the Higher Education Standards Committee, the officially published text prevails.
  • Accreditation results are those decided by the Committee and communicated through CISA or an official letter.

4. Links and external services

The website links to or uses the following, each under its own provider’s terms and policies.

  • The CISA system (cisa.mhesi.go.th) and the CISA service centre

  • You may cite or share the content for non-commercial public benefit with attribution. Using the emblem or logo requires permission from OPS MHESI.

6. Prohibited use

  • Accessing, penetration-testing or probing the website for vulnerabilities without permission
  • Sending abnormal volumes of requests or otherwise disrupting the service

Such acts may be offences under the Computer Crime Act.

7. Personal data and cookies

Data kept in your browser, cookies and consent are covered by this website’s privacy and cookie policy.

8. Changes to these terms and the service
